Il y a un mois, j’ai re\u00e7u un courrier du minist\u00e8re des communications en Belgique m’invitant \u00e0 renvoyer ma balise de d\u00e9tresse qui faisait partie d’ un lot d\u00e9fectueux.<\/p>\n

Mais vu ma position en Sardaine on m’envoya les Coordonn\u00e9es de Marine Pan service \u00e0 Civitavechia en Italie.<\/p>\n

Nous \u00e9tions en Espagne et devions encore traverser vers la Sardaigne.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un contact rapide avec la maison m\u00e8re, j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 redirig\u00e9 vers l’importateur fran\u00e7ais.
\nCelui-ci me r\u00e9pondit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi, car mon num\u00e9ro d’enregistrement de la balise \u00e9tait belge.<\/p>\n

Je m’attendais \u00e0 devoir pousser la chansonnette du \u00ab je sonne au N\u00b01 je d’mande mamzelle Angelle, la concierge me r\u00e9pond,…. allez voir \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9…<\/p>\n

J’envoie mon mail, en m’attendant \u00e0 rattraper la patate chaude illico presto pour un retour \u00e0 la case d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n

Il s’ensuit alors un long \u00e9change de mails, pour avoir les infos n\u00e9cessaires pour la programmation et envoyer et recevoir le colis (un sacr\u00e9 boulot finalement, pas stupide le fran\u00e7ais\u00a0!).Et ceci, avec gentillesse, avec des petits mots simples comme it is good to know that , thanks, des questions pour \u00eatre vraiment s\u00fbr que j’avais bien compris etc. un … Plaisir.<\/p>\n

Finalement j’ai eu de retour ma nouvelle Epirb. J’\u00e9tais content. J’ai grandement remerci\u00e9 cet homme et voulais lui expliquer l’importance pour moi de dire merci.

En conclusion, faire du commerce et \u00eatre gentil apporte cette plus value humaine dont on a de plus en plus besoin dans ce grand monde de brutes! Et si on oubliait l’argent\u00a0?<\/p>\n
